Landscape installers: do you have a lead problem, or a system problem?

Not enough leads

Getting underbid

No idea where the good leads came from

Those aren’t three problems. They’re three symptoms of one. The parts that bring you work don’t talk to each other, so not one of them pulls its weight. You’ve got a system problem.

30 minutes. No slideshow. Nothing written up unless you ask for it.

Landscape Installation Job V2

This is what a system problem looks like.

Every one of these is a piece that isn’t connected to another piece. On the ground, they just feel like another bad week.

None of that is a marketing problem. It's a plumbing problem.

You have most of the pieces already. They just aren’t connected to each other, so each one runs at a fraction of what it’s worth.

The website

Looks fine, but doesn’t actually generate calls.

The Google listing

Half filled out, and nobody’s touched it since setup.

The reviews

Trickle in whenever you remember to ask.

The photos

Your best work, on your phone (if you remember), seen by nobody.

The social

Alive for two weeks, then quiet for six. Every photo you have, instead of your best work.

The follow-up

You can’t remember who you talked to and when you’re supposed to follow up.

Hook these individual pieces together and they start helping each other out. The photos feed the ads. The ads bring people to the site. The site sends you the lead. The finished job gets you a review. The review makes the next ad work harder for the same money.

That’s why “we tried marketing, and it didn’t really work” is the most common sentence in your industry. Usually, it wasn’t the marketing. It was that nothing was connected to anything.

This is why we built the connections specifically for landscape installation contractors. We call it the Outdoor Scaling Engine.

One system with three jobs to do. We build every part, hook them all together, and run the whole thing. You look things over and answer your phone.

And it’s built for install work, not for some other trade. Nobody spends $30,000 on a yard in an afternoon. They think about it for months, they get other bids, and in the end they go with what they can picture. So this one is built around showing your work and staying in touch for a long time.

Landscape Installation Marketing Systems with Project Photos

Job 01

Get found, and be worth choosing

People look you up for weeks before they call. This is what they find when they do.

Job 02

Give them a reason to call

Nobody buys a new yard off a description. They buy it off a yard that looked like theirs six weeks ago.

Job 03

Stop losing the ones who come in

These folks go quiet for weeks, then move fast. Whoever is still around when they do gets the job.

From $1025

PER MONTH · MONTH-TO-MONTH, FROM DAY ONE

Three plans. Which one fits best depends upon how fast you want to move and your level of involvement.  From done with you, to done completely for you.

What you spend on ads is separate, and we don’t pad it or take a percentage.

Don't take our word for it.

Three landscaping contractors we work with, talking about what changed. No script, and we didn’t tell them what to say.

This is one client, one month, and every place the work came from.

A landscape installer in the Metro-Phoenix area. Three weeks of August 2026. Twenty-six people asking about getting a yard built, from five different places.

Meta Ads: 11

Google Search: 9

Print Flyer: 3

Social: 2

Referral: 1

26 TOTAL Leads, FROM August 1st to 21st,  2026

Nobody buying leads from a service has a picture like this. They have one place, one price, and no idea what any of it is worth. When you can see all five, you can put the money where the jobs are.

Check Us First

Walk a live account

On the call we’ll open up a real one and go through it with you. Ten minutes in, you’ll know if we understand install work or just learned the words.

Check Us First

Talk to a client, alone

Ask and we’ll connect you directly to a contractor we work with. No script, nobody from our side on the call.

Check Us First

See what became money

Before we spend more, we set it up so you can see which parts brought in signed jobs. Then the money follows the work, not the clicks.

ASK THIS OF ANYONE YOU’RE CONSIDERING:

"If I leave, what do I keep?"

Ask us too.  The answers vary more than you think.

Everything we build goes in your name from day one. Your web address, your website, your ad accounts on your card, your Google listing, your customer list, your phone numbers. Fire us tomorrow and all of it keeps working, for you. We set it up that way on purpose. It means we have to be worth paying every month, instead of just being a pain to leave.

Month-to-month from day one

No year-long contract. Nothing that signs you up again on its own. If we stop being worth it, you stop paying.

You keep everything

Cancel and the site, ad accounts, customer list and phone numbers stay yours. Nothing gets switched off.

No results guarantee — on purpose

We won’t promise you a number of leads. Nobody can. Anyone who does has either padded the price to cover it, or plans to argue with you later about what counted.

We'll tell you no on the call

If your money, your area, or your timing means this won’t work, you’ll hear it in thirty minutes. Not in a write-up a week later.

Before the call:

Fair questions.

What does it cost?

Plans start at $1,025 a month. There are three of them. What you spend on ads is separate and goes on your own card. We don’t add anything on top of it.

Our plans scale up from there, depending upon the work you do, and the work we do.  You’ll get a real number on the call, before anything gets written up.

Maybe not. We look at what you’ve got first. If something works, we leave it alone and put the money where it’s actually needed.

But watch out for “alright.” Showing up in Google only gets you the people who are already looking. That’s a set number every month, and it doesn’t go up because you want it to. If you’re as busy as you can get and still can’t grow, that’s usually what you’re running into.

Most guys don’t, and it holds back everything else. A yard shot on the last day looks bare. Little plants, fresh gravel, trees still staked. That’s not what the customer thought they were paying for.

On our starter plan you take the photos, and we tell you exactly what to shoot and how. On the bigger plans we come out and shoot it ourselves. We also go back to yards you finished a year ago, once everything has filled in. Those are the best photos you’ll ever have, and almost nobody has them.

Nine times out of ten, the ad was the problem. A photo of a wheelbarrow. A line that says “Quality Landscaping — Free Estimates.” A link to the home page. An ad like that doesn’t speak to anybody in particular, so you get whoever was bored enough to tap it.

Writing an ad that gets a $30,000 customer to raise their hand is a real skill. You need a before-and-after that makes somebody stop scrolling. You need a reason for them to reach out now instead of next spring. And you have to write it for a person who’s been putting this off for three years and has no idea what it costs.

That’s the part we’re good at, and it’s the part most companies hand to whoever they can pay the least. From there the ad has to send people to a page built for that one thing, with a fast reply waiting. And we go by how many jobs you booked, not how many names came in. If an ad brings in cheap leads that never turn into work, we shut it off.

Ads and follow-up can get your phone ringing within days. Showing up in Google and building reviews takes months. Anybody who promises you the top of Google by a certain date is guessing.

Getting everything built takes a few weeks, which matters more in your trade than most. Ideally it’s all standing before your busy stretch opens, rather than getting started once it already has.

Maybe. We don’t hand out exclusive areas, and we’re not going to pretend we do. But no two of these are the same. Your photos, the work you’re known for, the towns you cover, the way you design a yard. None of that gets copied over.  Each system implementation is unique to your company.  It’s not a cookie-cutter operation.

It’s where the company started, and where we’ve done the most work. But this isn’t an Arizona thing. Building a system around one area and its busy season is the same job anywhere. Only the details change.

You’re month-to-month from the start, and it’s all in your name already. So you walk away with something that still works, not an empty folder.

We don’t hand out a guarantee, and we’d rather tell you why than sell you one we’d end up arguing about. What we do instead is make it easy to leave. That puts the weight on us to be worth keeping.

Next Step:

Let's find out whether you have a lead problem or a system problem.

Thirty minutes with the people who’d actually be doing the work. No slideshow, and nothing written up unless you ask for it.

You keep that either way, whether or not you hire us.
